akoin akon is launching African currency

Akon plains to change the game in Africa with his launch of crypto currency which happened to be on Juneteenth 6/19. The Brother plans to further the mother land on another level. Akon Stated on a open panel at Cannes Lion, "I think that blockchain and crypto could be the savior for Africa in many ways because it brings the power back to the people and brings security back into the currency system and allows the people to utilize it in ways where they can advance themselves and not allow government to do those things that are keeping them down.
