Obatala is the King of the white light, usually translated as the King of whites, is considered the guardian of good character, also is also known as Orisa-Nla, regarded as father and head of all the Orisa, source of all pure, gentle, compassionate. Obatala Oba-ti-o-nla means (the King who is great) or Oba-ti-ala (the King who wears white), many consider Obatalá as Olodumare representaive here on Earth.
