Sanford police said Cashe and the victim were arguing Monday morning at a gas station over property, and the woman approached a police officer about it. The officer settled them down, but sometime later the officer was called to the home where the argument had flared up again. WPBF-TV The argument died down again and the officer left. The shooting was reported around 6:30 a.m. Cashe fatally shot the woman and also shot her 7-year-old and 8-year-old sons and their grandfather, police said. One of the boys is in extremely critical condition, police said. Cashe then drove to West 24th Street near Marshall Avenue and shot two innocent bystanders, including a Winter Springs High School student who was waiting for a school bus.
